Richard Youssef is Director of AI Adoption at Quillio, where he works with law firms to help them adopt AI in a practical, secure, and commercially meaningful way.
Richard brings more than 20 years' experience across enterprise technology, cloud, digital transformation, and customer transformation. He has held senior roles at AWS and Deloitte, working with organisations across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific to design and scale technology adoption programs.
Before joining Quillio, Richard founded Virtual Consulting Professionals, a specialist technology consulting business that grew to 25 staff and was successfully acquired. This experience gives him a practical understanding of how organisations assess, adopt, and embed new technology into daily operations.
At Quillio, Richard focuses on helping legal teams move beyond experimentation and embed AI into everyday legal workflows. His work centres on adoption strategy, change management, customer enablement, and ensuring firms can realise value from AI while maintaining the trust, governance, and security expected in legal practice.
