Populate Scott Schedule
Populate the Scott Schedule with item, description, claimant position, respondent position, and value.
Review for limitation
Review each item against the applicable statutory warranty limitation period.
Serve on respondent
Serve the defects list and Scott Schedule on the respondent with the application or pleadings.
