Place the notice on the premises and in a newspaper circulating in the area as required by the regulations.

Address objections and submissions

Respond to any objections from police, council, or community members within the prescribed timeframe.

Prepare the plan of management

Draft a plan of management covering responsible service of alcohol, noise mitigation, security, and patron management.

Attend ILGA hearing if required

Prepare for and attend any hearing before the Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority if the application is contested or complex.

Activate licence conditions

Review licence conditions imposed by ILGA, implement operational requirements, and display the licence at the premises.
