Data flow
Document data flows from Clio to Quillio over an authenticated, encrypted connection. Quillio processes the documents on its Australian-hosted infrastructure and writes AI outputs back to the Clio matter as new documents or notes. No client data is stored outside Clio or Quillio's AU infrastructure.
Security
Clio holds SOC 2 Type II. Quillio holds SOC 2 Type II + ISO 27001 and runs entirely on Australian-hosted infrastructure. The integration uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication and TLS for data in transit. Australian Clio customers using the Quillio integration get full AU data residency on the AI processing side.
