AI on the matter files in your Dropbox.
Many AU firms still run on Dropbox or Dropbox Business for matter files. A direct Quillio + Dropbox integration is on the roadmap; today Quillio works with Dropbox via download and upload.
Quillio is building a direct integration with Dropbox — here is what it will do when available, and what you can do today. Status: coming soon. Today, firms using Dropbox can download matter files, upload them to Quillio for review or drafting, and save the AI output back to Dropbox manually. The direct integration will connect Quillio to selected Dropbox folders so files can be read and written directly.
Quillio inside Dropbox
The Quillio + Dropbox integration will connect Quillio to specific Dropbox folders (for example, the matters folder) over the Dropbox API. Lawyers will select a file and run a Quillio review, chronology, or draft — with the output saved back to the same folder as a new document. Dropbox Business team spaces and shared folders will be supported so firm-wide access works as expected.
What you can do
Document review on Dropbox files (planned)
Review documents from a Dropbox folder and save outputs back to the same folder.
Chronology builder (planned)
Build chronologies from the files in a Dropbox matter folder.
Drafting with Dropbox sharing
Draft with Quillio and save back to Dropbox so the firm's existing shared folder permissions apply.
Team Spaces and shared folder support
Dropbox Business Team Spaces and shared folders will be supported alongside personal Dropbox.
Permission-aware access
Quillio will only access files the authenticated user can already see in Dropbox. Shared folder permissions respected end to end.

Data flow and security
Data flow
Today, files are downloaded from Dropbox and uploaded to Quillio manually. Processing happens on Quillio's Australian-hosted infrastructure. When the direct integration ships, files will flow from Dropbox to Quillio over the Dropbox API using OAuth, with AI outputs written back to the selected folder.
Security
Dropbox Inc holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and a set of enterprise security certifications. Quillio holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 on Australian-hosted infrastructure. The planned integration will use OAuth 2.0 and TLS for data in transit.
