Today, lawyers can paste email threads from Outlook into Quillio to summarise, extract action items, or draft replies. The direct add-in will put Quillio into an Outlook side panel so summaries, drafts, and chronology building happen directly in the email client.
Quillio inside Microsoft Outlook
The Quillio Outlook add-in will put a side panel into Outlook that can summarise a long thread, extract action items and deadlines, draft a reply in your style, or pull the conversation into a matter chronology. Today, the same workflows are available by copying email content into Quillio in a browser. Processing stays on Australian-hosted infrastructure in both cases.

Today, email content is pasted into Quillio manually. Processing happens on Quillio's Australian-hosted infrastructure. When the Outlook add-in ships, the selected thread will flow from Outlook to Quillio over an authenticated, encrypted connection, with summaries, drafts, or chronology output returned to the Outlook panel.
Security
Microsoft Corporation holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and a broad set of Microsoft 365 enterprise certifications. Quillio holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 on Australian-hosted infrastructure. The planned add-in will use Microsoft's standard add-in authentication and TLS for data in transit.

Is the Outlook add-in live today?
No — it is in development. You can use Quillio with Outlook today by pasting email content into a Quillio session.
Will the add-in work on Outlook for Mac and Outlook Web?
Yes. The planned add-in uses the modern Microsoft 365 add-in platform, which supports Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac, and Outlook on the web.
Will email content leave our Microsoft 365 tenant?
Email content will be sent to Quillio for processing in Australia — the same as any external AI add-in. Your IT admin can control which users have access and which matters the add-in can be used on.
Where is email data processed?
On Quillio's Australian-hosted infrastructure. Email content stays on Australian soil during AI processing.
Can Quillio draft in my own style?
Yes. Quillio can be tuned to your voice — firm-level or individual — using past correspondence as examples. The Outlook add-in will carry that tuning into your email drafts.
Will it cost extra?
No. The Outlook add-in will be included in standard Quillio per-user pricing when it ships.
