Does Quillio support SSO with Okta?
Yes. Quillio supports SAML 2.0 single sign-on with Okta. Setup takes about 30 minutes and includes SCIM 2.0 user provisioning for automated user lifecycle. SSO is included on Professional and above plans.
SAML 2.0
We support SAML 2.0 with Okta as the identity provider. You configure a Quillio app in Okta with the Quillio metadata and ACS URL we provide. SP-initiated and IdP-initiated flows are both supported.
SCIM provisioning
SCIM 2.0 automates user lifecycle — provisioning from Okta user assignment, updates when attributes change, deprovisioning when Okta access is removed. This is the main reason firms adopt SSO — it removes manual user management.
Group mapping
Okta groups can be mapped to Quillio roles — for example, "Partners" to Firm Admin, "Associates" to Matter Owner, "Staff" to Matter Viewer. Group changes in Okta propagate to Quillio permissions within minutes.
