Matter sync
Actionstep matters sync to Quillio automatically. Client name, matter number, matter type, and key dates map to Quillio matter fields. Updates in Actionstep propagate to Quillio within minutes.
Document flow
Documents uploaded to Quillio can be pushed back to Actionstep matters. This keeps Actionstep as the system of record while using Quillio for AI work. Or Quillio can be used for AI work with final outputs saved only in Quillio.
Time capture
Time spent in Quillio (per matter, per user) can be captured as Actionstep time entries. This is useful for firms billing AI-assisted work. Time capture is configurable — some firms prefer manual entry to maintain control.
