Yes. Quillio integrates with Smokeball via API. Matters sync from Smokeball to Quillio, documents can be pushed back to Smokeball, and time capture is available. Firms using Smokeball AI features can use Quillio alongside — they serve different workflows.
Matter and document sync
Smokeball matters sync to Quillio with client details, matter type, and dates. Documents flow both ways — uploaded in Smokeball then available in Quillio, or generated in Quillio then pushed to Smokeball matter file.
Coexistence with Smokeball AI
Smokeball has its own AI features. Quillio is broader and more specialised — firms using both typically use Smokeball for in-product workflow support and Quillio for deeper drafting and review work. The two do not conflict.
Time and billing
Time spent in Quillio can be captured to Smokeball time entries. Billing remains in Smokeball. This keeps the accounting system of record unchanged while adding Quillio capability.
