How to generate reports in Quillio

Pre-built reports

Pre-built reports include Firm Usage (queries per user per month), Matter Activity (matters created, matters closed, average matter duration), Time Savings (estimated hours saved based on typical manual time), and Compliance (audit events, guardrail triggers, access patterns).

Custom reports

Custom reports allow filtering and aggregation. Filter by user, team, matter type, date range, or tag. Aggregate by any dimension. Save custom reports for re-use and share with other firm admins.

Scheduled reports

Schedule any report to run weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Results are emailed to specified recipients. This is useful for partners wanting monthly usage visibility or compliance officers needing regular compliance reports.
